Welcome to Thumbs and Crumbs. I created this little space as a way to document, reminisce and appreciate what Robbie and I did during lockdown (2020) and what we have been through as a family over the last few years. There was also the added possibility that some of my ideas or information might help others with ideas, support or just a laugh.

Chocolate Depression Cake
Recipe here I made this cake out of the blue after seeing an advert for it on facebook. It is brilliant, especially when you don’t have all the usual ingredients in the house or if you have allergies you need to think about. This cake has no butter, eggs or milk.
